okay, i'll admit it. i fell off this wagon. first it was me falling ill, then it was going out of town, and now it's just been me in a lazy slump. i backslid hard, and there's not a full way of coming back from that except to admit it.
so, to stay with the program, i'm declaring that until i'm caught up to where i should be, each day i plan to do half sets of the exercises i was meant to do before. day 1+2 on one day, 3+4 on another, half sets of each. hopefully this'll kickstart me into getting back to where i need to be, and being accountable to you guys is big for that.
